Hi, I’m Kathryn, I’ve been in the hairdressing industry for a crazy when I write it, 23 years!
I started my career in a very popular salon in Cardiff called Ocean. The owner there, Ian personally trained me in all aspects of hairdressing to his high standard.
I worked there very happily for many years then felt the need to spread my wings a little so moved to various high profile salons around Cardiff, Penarth and Hereford including Ken Picton, Creation and Toni & Guy.
I went on numerous different colour and colour correction courses and have always felt really confident and passionate about colouring hair.
Whilst on my career journey I decided I needed to advance my cutting skills so applied and luckily got chosen to varder with Vidal Sassoon.
I met so many incredible stylists there from all over the world. It was a mind-blowing experience.
After having my two children I decided that salon life was no longer for me as I needed a schedule that could work around me and my family and not the other way round.
My passion lies in colouring hair and styling updos for special occasions. Weddings are a dream to be a part of for me and I adore the whole process of colouring hair, it really makes me so happy to make someone feel so good about themself.

For weddings that will need to be worked at unsociable hours will also incur a added charge.
