How to get ready for your appointment

Leave the washing on the floor and the pile of papers on your desk. All we need to set up is a clear surface with enough space to set up our products and tools. 

Blow dries – All blow-dries require a double shampoo before our arrival with conditioner just applied on the mid length and ends. (we recommend washing about 10-15 minutes before).

Haircuts – Will always require a consultation prior to washing so keep you hair dry (unless your stylist has suggested otherwise).

Hair Extensions – All new fittings require a freshly washed & blow-dried hair.  

Colour – All hair to be kept dry, unless specified by you technician. 

Make-up Artistry – We recommend a fresh clean and moisturised face.

Nails – We kindly ask nails are clean and are gel/acrylic free unless you require infills (we can remove gels and acrylics for an extra fee). 

Treatments – have no requirements unless specified by you beautician. 

Lashes – Lashes to be Make-up free.

Brows and Semi permanent Make-up – Face to be free of make-up.

Tanning – Skin should be exfoliated and clean prior to your spray-tan appointment.
